These terms apply only to the Settled email waitlist.

Joining the waitlist

When you join, you ask The Settled Company LLC to send a confirmation and occasional promotional messages to the email address you provide. You must provide an address that you are authorized to use. Joining is free and does not require a purchase.

Your choice

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a waitlist email. We will stop sending promotional waitlist messages to that address after processing your request.

Discounts and promotions

We may offer a discount or another promotion to waitlist members. Any eligibility rules, timing, redemption steps, limits, or expiration date will be stated with that offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, a promotion has no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with another promotion.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information submitted through the waitlist.

Changes

We may update these terms when our waitlist practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
