This notice applies only to the public Settled email waitlist and the related information pages.

Information we collect

• The email address you submit.
• Your consent record, signup time, email status, and unsubscribe time.
• Campaign, referral, and landing-page details when they are included in the link you use.
• Keyed, one-way versions of your email address and network address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The waitlist record does not store your raw network address.

How we use it

We use this information to maintain the waitlist, send confirmation and promotional waitlist messages, administer a stated waitlist discount or promotion, honor unsubscribe requests, understand where signups came from, and prevent abuse.

Service providers

Supabase stores waitlist records, and Resend delivers waitlist email. They process information on our behalf to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while you are subscribed and for as long as reasonably needed to honor an unsubscribe request, protect the waitlist, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link in any waitlist email. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your waitlist information, use our contact page.

Changes

We may update this notice when our waitlist practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
