Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains Settled’s recurring paid subscription. It supplements the Terms of Use; checkout disclosures control the exact price and billing period you authorize.

Free access and paid subscription

Settled offers free tools without a trial clock. Paid features are offered through a separate subscription. The paid plan may be presented as Settled Plus. The checkout page controls the exact price, billing interval, discount, and promotion you authorize.

Recurring billing

Before checkout, Settled displays the recurring price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method and requires a separate authorization. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the disclosed recurring charge and applicable taxes to your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until cancellation. Stripe collects complete payment-card credentials directly; Settled does not receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.

Renewal and charge notices

For a monthly subscription, Settled sends a written notice at least as often as you are charged. The notice identifies the charge and explains how to manage or cancel the subscription. Keep your account email current and check filtering or spam settings. You may contact support for billing records or cancellation help.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your Settled account. If you cannot access the portal, email support@usesettled.app. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain paid access until then unless the account is terminated for a violation of the Terms.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for partially used periods, except when required by applicable law or when The Settled Company LLC expressly agrees otherwise. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

After cancellation

Features requiring the paid plan become unavailable after the paid period ends. Data in your account is not automatically deleted because you cancel. You may resubscribe later or request deletion as described in our Data Rights & Deletion notice.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will provide notice as required by applicable law before a new price applies to a future renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers may have separate eligibility, redemption, duration, and expiration terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
