Accessibility Statement

Our target

We aim to design and maintain Settled in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim that every page or feature currently conforms fully.

Measures we take

Known limitations and alternatives

The illustrated homepage world is visually complex. Its districts are implemented as named keyboard-focusable controls, and the navigation menu provides a text-based route to districts and tools. Some third-party experiences, including Stripe checkout or external issuer pages, are controlled by those providers. Older or rapidly changing product surfaces may contain barriers we have not yet identified.

If a feature is difficult to use, contact us and describe the page, task, browser, device, and assistive technology involved. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or an alternative way to complete the task.

Technical approach

Settled relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and WAI-ARIA where appropriate. It is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Compatibility can vary by browser, operating system, extensions, and assistive-technology combination.

Assessment

Our current assessment approach is internal self-evaluation using source review, automated accessibility testing, keyboard testing, and browser inspection. This statement is not an external accessibility certification.

Feedback

Email accessibility feedback to support@usesettled.app. We review accessibility reports and prioritize barriers based on severity and user impact.

Updates

We will update this statement as our testing, supported features, or known limitations change.
